ARE THE MONOPRINTS ORIGINAL WORKS?
Yes. Each acrylic monoprint is a unique physical work made in Paris, not a reproduction or an edition. Once sold, it will not be reprinted.

WHAT ARE THE FORMAT AND PAPER?
Each panel measures 21 × 29.7 cm (A4) and is printed on Canson 250 gsm paper. FACES S1–S9 is one nine-part work; TRANCENDANCE T-17–19 is one triptych. Their panels are not sold separately.

ARE THE WORKS SIGNED?
Yes. Individual works are signed on the back and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

IS A PASSE-PARTOUT INCLUDED?
During the launch offer, the first ten individual monoprints sold in each collection include a 15 × 20 cm window mount: black with a white bevel for FACES, white for TRANCENDANCE. It is a passe-partout, not a frame. Mounts and frames are not included with the nine-part work or the triptych.

WHAT FRAME DO YOU RECOMMEND?
The IKEA RÖDALM frame is perfect for this presentation. Frame not included.

WILL THE PHYSICAL WORK LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE SCREEN?
The photographs show the actual artwork, but colour, contrast and surface texture can vary slightly from one screen to another.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days. A tracking number is sent once the work has shipped. Packaging and current postal rates are detailed under SHIPPING.

CAN I RETURN AN ARTWORK?
Consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery. Contact NEVERCOMEBACK before returning the work; it must be sent back in its original condition and protective packaging.

DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?

WHAT ABOUT RISOGRAPHS?
Numbered and signed A3 and A4 risograph editions will be released later.

DOES BUYING A WORK TRANSFER COPYRIGHT?
No. The purchase covers the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

WHO HANDLES THE TOTE BAGS AND OTHER MERCHANDISE?
The external Spreadshirt shop is a separate point of sale. Spreadshirt handles merchandise orders, payment, production, shipping and returns under its own terms.

Works ship from Paris in rigid A4 or A3 board-backed packaging. Every order is weighed after packing and sent by La Poste registered mail with tracking.

Exact shipping is confirmed before payment according to destination, packed weight and quantity. Postal rates may change. Customs duties and local taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
